• How will we use the information about you? - We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. Typically during crowd funding campaign launches.<br />We use your information collected to personalize your repeat visits to our website and other crowdfunding campaigns. At the bottom of our emails will always be an option to opt out. Active Magic Games will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. In processing your order, we may send your details to, as well as use information from, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
• Who we share your information with and why? - In order to provide you with the service you have signed up for, we will pass your details onto the below companies and for the reasons specified.
• UPS/FedEx/USPS - Shipment contact details and shipment information.
• Our Fulfillment Partners - We use 3-4 different centers across the world to help deliver crowdfunded rewards.
• Pledge Manager Partners - We use 2-3 different 3rd party companies to manage your crowdfunding pledges.
• Mailchimp - We use Mailchimp as our 3rd party source for your email information.
• Marketing - We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. You can opt out at any time if you wish. Mail Chimp is a piece of software we use to send marketing e-mails which gives you the control on what marketing information you would like to receive. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information, please use the contact details at the bottom of this section.

We do not have any processes that are performed automatically upon your personal data – A member of staff is always involved in the process.
